A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charges (Florida residents only). Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges.

Return for Exchange
To return an item, please include your original receipt along with a brief note indicating whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. Please allow ten business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Your new color, style or size choice will be shipped the next business day after receipt of original merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail or phone of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to issue a refund to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged (Florida residents only). Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges. If your new choice exceeds the cost of the original merchandise, the balance will be charged to the credit card used for your original order.

How to Return Merchandise
Returns can be sent via UPS, Federal Express, Express Mail or Priority Mail. Please enclose a copy of your sales receipt and a reason for the return or instructions for exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. We are not responsible for items that have been lost in transit to us.
