These are the applicable terms and conditions governing the 15% Off Promotion ("Promotion") on Eberjey’s website. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Promotional Period:
The Promotion is open to eligible customers who receive a unique promotional code from Eberjey by email. Each code is valid beginning on the date it is issued and expires 30 days from that date (the “Promotional Period”). Orders must be shipped within the continental United States.
Only purchases made on www.eberjey.com during the Promotional Period will be eligible for the Promotion.
2. Promotion Details:
Use the code in your email at checkout. Discount is 15% off eligible items. A minimum purchase of $100, before taxes and shipping, is required. Codes are unique to the recipient and may be used one time only. Exclusions apply.
3. Exclusions Apply:
Promotion excludes: Merchandise not included in the eligible assortment. Gift-Boxing, Monogramming and Gift Cards are not included.
4. Discounts and Codes:
Promotional code must be used at the time of purchase to receive the discount. Promotional code must be entered at checkout.
Each promotional code is unique to the recipient, non-transferable, and valid for a single use.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Promotion is valid only for individual consumers and not applicable to wholesale or bulk purchases.
No adjustments on prior purchases.
No price adjustments after purchase.
5. Returns and Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges of products purchased under the Promotion are subject to Eberjey's standard return and exchange policies.
If a qualifying purchase is returned, the discount amount may be deducted from the refund. If a return brings the order total below the minimum purchase requirement, the discount may be deducted from the refund in full.
6. Limitations:
Eberjey reserves the right to limit the quantities of products eligible for the Promotion.
Eberjey reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion at its discretion, at any time and without prior notice.
The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees are not eligible for the Promotion.
