wished to send back but the company keeps sending me wrong barcodes and i have now had 3 failed DHL returns and they just dont seem to care

I have emailed your customer service team without a response. I have been a loyal customer for many years. This product is not good. It shed all over my floors. After one wash per the instructions on the tag, it is completely pulled in many places.
