The second charge you saw was a temporary authorization hold, not an actual charge. This hold is placed when an instant exchange is initiated to secure the replacement item while waiting for the original item to be returned.

Since your replacement has already shipped and you've returned the item that didn't fit well, the hold has been released, and no additional payment was processed. You will not be charged twice for this exchange. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
