I bought this set for a Christmas gift for my husband. I got a medium for him and it fits him perfectly. He's about 5' 7" and about 170lbs. The fabric is so light and soft. What he especially likes is that it doesn't make him sweat at night. He likes it so much that he asked me to another set so when one is to be laundered, he has a back up.
