These are the applicable terms and conditions governing the End of Year Sale Promotion ("Promotion") on Eberjey’s website. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Promotional Period:

The Promotion is open to customers who make a purchase during the 7-Day promotional period beginning on December 25th, 2024 at 12:00 AM EST through December 31st, 2024 11:59 PM EST (the “Promotional Period”) and shipped within the continental United States.

Only purchases made on www.eberjey.com during the Promotional Period will be eligible for the Promotion.

2. Promotion Details:

Use code: SURPRISE at checkout. Discount will be applied to eligible items included within Sale. Discount is an additional 20% off sale items. Exclusions apply. 

3. Exclusions Apply:

Promotion excludes: Full-price merchandise that is not currently marked down or on promotion. Gift-Boxing, Monogramming and Gift Cards are not included.

4. Discounts and Codes:

Promotional code must be used at the time of purchase to receive the discount. Promotional code must be entered at checkout. 

Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The Promotion is valid only for individual consumers and not applicable to wholesale or bulk purchases.

Price adjustments will be honored for purchases made on December 18th through December 24th, 2024. No other adjustments will be made for purchases outside this time period.

No price adjustments after purchase.

5. Returns and Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges of products purchased under the Promotion are subject to Eberjey's standard return and exchange policies. Select items may be marked as final sale.

If a qualifying purchase is returned, the discount amount may be deducted from the refund.

6. Limitations:

Eberjey reserves the right to limit the quantities of products eligible for the Promotion.

Eberjey reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion at its discretion, at any time and without prior notice.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees are not eligible for the Promotion.
