To ensure your gifts arrive in time for the holidays, please place your order by the shipping deadlines below for all standard U.S. orders.

Monogram Orders: Friday, 12/5 at 11:59PM EST


Monogrammed orders placed after 12/5 are not guaranteed for delivery by 12/24.


Standard Shipping: Sunday, 12/14 at 11:59PM EST

Express Shipping: Sunday, 12/21 at 11:59PM EST

Overnight Shipping Sunday, 12/21 at 11:59PM EST

For standard U.S. orders, the processing time is up to 2 business days after the order is received. All orders placed after 10AM EST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

For orders that contain a monogram, the processing time is 7-10 business days. Your item will then be shipped according to the selected shipping method.

• Standard U.S. Shipping (4-8 Business Days) is $10.00 or free on orders $100+.

• Express U.S. Shipping (2-3 Business Days) is $25.00.

• Overnight U.S. Shipping (1 Business Day) is $35.00.

For International orders, the processing time is up to 4 business days after the order is received. All orders placed after 12PM EST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Includes: UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, and more.

Order by December 19, 2025 for Christmas delivery.

Note: Norway, Turkey, Serbia, and Saudi Arabia have later cutoff dates (see Asia & Middle East).

Canada & Australia
Includes: Canada and Australia.

Order by December 18, 2025 for Christmas delivery.

Asia & Middle East
Includes: Japan, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.

United Arab Emirates

Free Express Delivery on orders over AED1,550. All orders that do not meet the AED1,550 minimum will require a shipping fee of AED60.

Australia

Free Express Delivery on orders over AUD342. All orders that do not meet the AUD342 minimum will require a shipping fee of AUD22.

Canada

Free Express Delivery on orders over CAD210. All orders that do not meet the CAD210 minimum will require a shipping fee of CAD20.

Mexico

Free Express Delivery on all orders.

Qatar

Free Express Delivery on orders over QAR1,520. All orders that do not meet the QAR1,520 minimum will require a shipping fee of QAR55.

Saudi Arabia

Free Express Delivery on orders over SAR1,560. All orders that do not meet the SAR1,560 minimum will require a shipping fee of SAR60.

United Kingdom

Free Express Delivery on orders over GBP200. All orders that do not meet the GBP200 minimum will require a shipping fee of GBP12.

EU Zone

Free Express Delivery on orders over EUR285. All orders that do not meet the EUR285 minimum will require a shipping fee of EUR15.

Rest of World

A flat Express Delivery fee of USD15 applies to all orders.

If you believe your package is lost or is missing items, email us right away at hello@eberjey.com so that we can take care of it as quickly as possible. Please report lost packages or packages missing items to us within 7 business days of the original delivery date.

Kindly note if a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout and/or has been signed for upon delivery, we cannot be held responsible for that package.

We do our best to ship your exact order as submitted, however due to stock availability, some items may not ship with your order. You will be notified as soon as possible and will not be charged for unfulfilled merchandise. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not ensure its availability when you are ready to complete your purchase, and all orders are subject to product availability.
