For standard U.S. orders, the processing time is up to 2 business days after the order is received. All orders placed after 10AM EST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

For orders that contain a monogram, the processing time is 7-10 business days. Your item will then be shipped according to the selected shipping method.

• Standard U.S. Shipping (4-8 Business Days) is $10.00 or free on orders $100+.

• Express U.S. Shipping (2-3 Business Days) is $25.00.

• Overnight U.S. Shipping (1 Business Day) is $35.00.

For International orders, the processing time is up to 4 business days after the order is received. All orders placed after 12PM EST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Free Express Delivery on orders over AED1,000. All orders that do not meet the AED1,000 minimum will require a shipping fee of AED100.

Australia

Free Express Delivery on orders over AUD250. All orders that do not meet the AUD250 minimum will require a shipping fee of AUD25.

Canada

Free Express Delivery on orders over CAD250. All orders that do not meet the CAD250 minimum will require a shipping fee of CAD25.

Mexico

Free Express Delivery on all orders.

Qatar

Free Express Delivery on orders over QAR1,000. All orders that do not meet the QAR1,000 minimum will require a shipping fee of QAR100.

Saudi Arabia

Free Express Delivery on orders over SAR1,000. All orders that do not meet the SAR1,000 minimum will require a shipping fee of SAR100.

United Kingdom

Free Express Delivery on orders over GBP150. All orders that do not meet the GBP150 minimum will require a shipping fee of GBP15.

EU Zone

Free Express Delivery on orders over EUR200. All orders that do not meet the EUR200 minimum will require a shipping fee of EUR20.

Rest of World (excluding the U.S.)

A flat $20 USD Express Delivery fee (charged in local currency) applies to all orders..

If you believe your package is lost or is missing items, email us right away at hello@eberjey.com so that we can take care of it as quickly as possible. Please report lost packages or packages missing items to us within 7 business days of the original delivery date.

Kindly note if a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout and/or has been signed for upon delivery, we cannot be held responsible for that package.

We do our best to ship your exact order as submitted, however due to stock availability, some items may not ship with your order. You will be notified as soon as possible and will not be charged for unfulfilled merchandise.
