For standard U.S. orders, the processing time is up to 2 business days after the order is received. All orders placed after 12PM EST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

For orders that contain a monogram, the processing time is 7-10 business days. Your item will then be shipped according to the selected shipping method.

• Standard U.S. Shipping (4-8 Business Days) is $10.00 or free on orders $100+.

• Express U.S. Shipping (2-3 Business Days) is $25.00.

• Overnight U.S. Shipping (1 Business Day) is $35.00.

Yes! To ship internationally, we've partnered with Global-E. Global-E is a trusted global ecommerce vendor whose
solution allows Eberjey to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers.

Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and
calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.

If you believe your package is lost, email us right away at hello@eberjey.com so that we can take care of it as quickly as possible. Please report lost packages to us within 7 business days of the original delivery date.

Kindly note if a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout and/or has been signed for upon delivery, we cannot be held responsible for that package.

We do our best to ship your exact order as submitted, however due to stock availability, some items may not ship with your order. You will be notified as soon as possible and will not be charged for unfulfilled merchandise. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not ensure its availability when you are ready to complete your purchase, and all orders are subject to product availability.

Returns are processed shortly after delivery to our warehouse. If it’s been longer than 10 business days (confirm by checking your return shipment tracking), please contact us at hello@eberjey.com. You'll receive an email once your return has been processed.

Kindly note that once the refund is processed, it could take up to 10 additional business days for the refund to post on your credit or debit card. If your refund is not reflected on your bank card within 10 business days of your refund confirmation, please contact your bank.

Yes, you may return online orders to any of our Eberjey retail boutiques. You can find the addresses of our stores.

monogrammed PJ’s, opened panties, candles, Nippies, Stylin Tape, Pillow Spray, sale products marked final sale, Gift Cards, and Gift Boxes. During promotional periods, items that have been given a permanent markdown price may also be listed as final sale within the terms and conditions of the promotion.

Gifting

All shipments include a packing list without prices that can be used as a gift receipt.

We offer customized gift notes which can be added to your order on the cart page.

Yes, we offer gift boxing on select products. This service can be added to your order on the cart page and has a cost of $10 per order. Please note that each box can fit up to six items. Gift boxing is not eligible on select robes, candles, and gift cards. Gift boxing is a service and is final sale.

If you would like separate gift boxes for each item in your order, please place separate orders or contact our concierge at hello@eberjey.com. Please note that once an order has been placed it cannot be edited or canceled.

Gift Cards are final sale and are not redeemable for cash. A gift card cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Please treat it like cash, as it will not be reissued under any circumstance.

For U.S. orders, taxes may be applicable and vary depending on the shipping destination.


For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination
and the value of your purchase, and will appear as a separate line item at checkout if not already included in
product prices.


Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility.
