Loyalty Birthday Terms & Conditions
These are the applicable terms and conditions governing the Loyalty Birthday Offer ("Promotion") on Eberjey’s website. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility and Promotional Period:
The Promotion is open to Eberjey loyalty program members in Tiers 1, 2 or 3 who receive a birthday offer from Eberjey. Membership in the loyalty program at one of these tiers at the time of purchase is required. Orders must be shipped within the continental United States.
Only purchases made on www.eberjey.com during the period stated in your birthday offer will be eligible for the Promotion. The Promotion is valid on the Eberjey online store only and is not valid at Eberjey retail locations or through any other channel.
2. Promotion Details:
Use the code in your birthday offer at checkout. Discount is 20% off eligible items. A minimum purchase of $100, before taxes and shipping, is required. Limit one use per customer. Exclusions apply.
3. Exclusions Apply:
Promotion excludes: Merchandise not included in the eligible assortment. Gift-Boxing, Monogramming, third party and Gift Cards are not included.
4. Discounts and Codes:
Promotional code must be used at the time of purchase to receive the discount. Promotional code must be entered at checkout.
The Promotion may be combined with shipping offers. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other product, collection or order-level discount, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Promotion is valid only for individual consumers and not applicable to wholesale or bulk purchases.
No adjustments on prior purchases.
No price adjustments after purchase.
5. Returns and Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges of products purchased under the Promotion are subject to Eberjey's standard return and exchange policies.
If a qualifying purchase is returned, the discount amount may be deducted from the refund. If a return brings the order total below the minimum purchase requirement, the discount may be deducted from the refund in full.
6. Limitations:
Eberjey reserves the right to limit the quantities of products eligible for the Promotion.
Eberjey reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion at its discretion, at any time and without prior notice.
The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees are not eligible for the Promotion.
