Loyalty Complimentary Monogramming Terms & Conditions
These are the applicable terms and conditions governing the Loyalty Complimentary Monogramming Benefit ("Promotion") on Eberjey’s website. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility and Promotional Period:
The Promotion is open to Eberjey loyalty program members in eligible tiers. Membership in the loyalty program at an eligible tier at the time of purchase is required. Orders must be shipped within the continental United States.
The Promotion is ongoing. Only purchases made on www.eberjey.com will be eligible for the Promotion. The Promotion is valid on the Eberjey online store only and is not valid at Eberjey retail locations or through any other channel.
2. Promotion Details:
Eligible members may monogram an eligible item at no charge. Use the code in your loyalty benefit communication at checkout, and the monogramming option of $0.00 will be applied to eligible items. Limit one use per customer. For eligible assortment please see here. Exclusions apply.
3. Exclusions Apply:
Promotion excludes: Products that are not monogram eligible. Gift-Boxing and Gift Cards are not included.
4. Discounts and Codes:
Promotional code must be used at the time of purchase to receive the benefit. Promotional code must be entered at checkout.
The Promotion may be combined with shipping offers. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other product, collection or order-level discount, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Promotion is valid only for individual consumers and not applicable to wholesale or bulk purchases.
No adjustments on prior purchases.
No price adjustments after purchase.
5. Returns and Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges of products purchased under the Promotion are subject to Eberjey's standard return and exchange policies. Monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Limitations:
Eberjey reserves the right to limit the quantities of products eligible for the Promotion.
Eberjey reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion at its discretion, at any time and without prior notice.
The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees are not eligible for the Promotion.
