Loyalty Program
- Membership & Eligibility
The Loyalty Program ("Program") is a free rewards program offered by World Threads, Inc. dba Eberjey ("Eberjey") to its customers. The Program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. You must be age 18 years or older and reside in the continental United States to be eligible for Membership.
BY APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS"). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO BECOME A LOYALTY PROGRAM MEMBER.
- Membership Tiers; Earning and Redeeming Rewards
Loyalty Program Membership Tiers
There are three tiers of membership in the Program: Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3. Achieving Tier 2 and Tier 3 status requires meeting a minimum purchase threshold each year. All membership Tiers enjoy a variety of benefits made available by Eberjey in its sole discretion (“Benefits”). Benefits may vary by Tier and some Tiers may have more Benefits than others. The type, timing and availability of any Benefits (including Rewards, special offers, one-of-a-kind experiences, exclusive events, and/or advance access to products) will be determined by Eberjey in its sole discretion.
You must create an account, and opt-in to become a Loyalty Member. All Members are automatically Loyalty Program Tier 1 Members upon enrollment. Subject to removal from the Program (as explained below), a Member will remain a Loyalty Program Tier 1 Member indefinitely unless the minimum annual spending required to achieve Tier 2 Member or Tier 3 Member status is met. Members will be enrolled in the highest Tier available based upon their spending in the calendar year from January 1 to December 31. Members’ Tier 2 and Tier 3 status is available for the calendar year in which the Member qualifies after that, annual requalification is required. At the beginning of each calendar year Tier Status will revert to Tier 1.
Eberjey may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Tier rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of a particular tier or may terminate a particular tier at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice except as expressly set out in these Terms or required by applicable law.
Loyalty Program Membership Tier Status- Qualifications
Following your initial Tier placement, Member Tier status is based solely on total spending on eligible purchases during the calendar year, between January 1 and December 31. Members can be upgraded during the benefit year if their qualifying spending exceeds their Tier threshold. To maintain your current status or upgrade to the next Tier, you must meet the relevant minimum purchase Tier threshold by December 31 of the current year. All purchases made on Eberjey.com and at Eberjey retail stores will count for rewards except that gift cards, gift boxes, and services such as monogramming and shipping, are excluded. You need to make sure you are logged into your account or that you tell the sales associate your Loyalty Program details for your purchases to be added to your account and to access Membership benefits. Upon the return of an item, the amount applied to your Tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.

- Changes, Termination and/or Removal from Program
Eberjey may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Program rules, regulations, benefits, Rewards, eligibility for Membership, or any other feature of the Program (including assigning any of its obligations to customers under the Program at any time to another person or entity, without recourse) or may terminate the Program at any time at its sole discretion, by posting any such changes on the eberjey.com website.
YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING SUCH CHANGES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES AND ANY NEW TERMS.
By participating in the Loyalty Program, you will be registering to receive general solicitation, marketing, email communication or other business or promotional activities from Eberjey and agreeing that your registration and any other information collected in connection with the Program may be used by Eberjey in accordance with its Privacy Policy, a current copy of which can be found at https://www.eberjey.com/policy/.
Eberjey reserves the right to exclude individuals from the Program or adjust an individual’s tier in its sole but reasonable discretion. Any suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your membership and the forfeiture of any Rewards earned. In particular, any abuse, manipulation or "gaming" of the Program or its rules (as solely determined by Eberjey), failure to follow any terms of the Program, any misrepresentation or conduct detrimental to the interests of Eberjey not otherwise protected by law may subject Members to Membership revocation or deduction of alteration of tiers obtained through these abusive or manipulative activities and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program. Membership is non-transferable and Membership purchases must be made by the Member. If your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled, all benefits will automatically expire. Eberjey reserves the right to make changes to its Website and these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes. By joining the Program, you hereby agree to be bound by any such changed Terms.
- Additional Terms
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eberjey will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses of any kind including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages, arising out of or connected with the Program, including but not limited to the use or inability to use any Rewards.
Governing Law
These Terms and the Program are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program, or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dade County, Florida.
