For standard U.S. orders, the processing time is up to 2 business days after the order is received. All orders placed after 12PM EST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
For orders that contain a monogram, the processing time is 7-10 business days. Your item will then be shipped according to the selected shipping method.
• Standard U.S. Shipping (4-8 Business Days) is $10.00 or free on orders $100+.
• Express U.S. Shipping (2-3 Business Days) is $25.00.
• Overnight U.S. Shipping (1 Business Day) is $35.00.
For International orders, the processing time is up to 4 business days after the order is received. All orders placed after 12PM EST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

solution allows Eberjey to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers.
Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and
calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.
If you believe your package is lost, email us right away at hello@eberjey.com so that we can take care of it as quickly as possible. Please report lost packages to us within 7 business days of the original delivery date.
Kindly note if a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout and/or has been signed for upon delivery, we cannot be held responsible for that package.
We do our best to ship your exact order as submitted, however due to stock availability, some items may not ship with your order. You will be notified as soon as possible and will not be charged for unfulfilled merchandise. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not ensure its availability when you are ready to complete your purchase, and all orders are subject to product availability.
Returns & Exchanges
Eberjey.com will gladly accept your return on all unworn merchandise for a refund, exchange, or store credit for 30 days from the original purchase date.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must have all tags attached. Make sure to try on any bottoms over underwear, without removing the hygienic liner. Swim bottoms are required to have the original hygienic liner intact and panties cannot be opened. Be mindful of makeup, deodorant stains, animal hair, perfume, or other product stains as this will make your return subject to refusal. Eberjey reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if merchandise is considered in salable condition. Items that are deemed not salable/ non-Eberjey products will be discarded. Eberjey will not send these item(s) back.
The following items are deemed FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

Please enter the order number and the order confirmation email or shipping zip code. Then select the item(s) you wish to exchange or return following the prompts on screen. Alternatively, you can click “Return Item” and select “Store Credit” for a refund to the original form of payment.
Once you click “Submit Return,” you will receive your prepaid return label. Please affix the label to your package, take the package to the nearest drop off location, and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Should you choose to use another trackable shipping method at your own expense, we recommend that you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Please note we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed. If you have chosen a refund, it will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note we cannot refund shipping charges.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email us at hello@eberjey.com within 7 days of receiving your order. All warranty claims are barred if the merchandise was subjected to misuse or improper care. If Eberjey determines that any returned merchandise is not defective, the item will not be sent back to you and will be considered a return.

You may return an online purchase from eberjey.com to one of our five Eberjey retail stores. We can only accept online returns for items purchased on eberjey.com. If your item was purchased at an Eberjey boutique, it can only be returned to an Eberjey boutique.
Returns are processed shortly after delivery to our warehouse. If it’s been longer than 10 business days (confirm by checking your return shipment tracking), please contact us at hello@eberjey.com. You'll receive an email once your return has been processed.
Kindly note that once the refund is processed, it could take up to 10 additional business days for the refund to post on your credit or debit card. If your refund is not reflected on your bank card within 10 business days of your refund confirmation, please contact your bank.

The following items are final sale:

During promotional periods, items that have been given a permanent markdown price may also be listed as final sale within the terms and conditions of the promotion.
International Returns
Eberjey.com will gladly accept your return on all unworn merchandise for a refund within 45 days of the order date. If it has been more than 45 days since your purchase, you will not be able to return the merchandise.
