These are the applicable terms and conditions governing the Eberjey x ILIA - Reversible Pouch Gift with Purchase ("Promotion") on Eberjey’s website. This promotion is valid online only. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Promotional Period:
The Promotion is open to customers who make a purchase during the promotional period from March 27th, 2025 5:00PM ET while supplies last.
Only purchases made during the Promotional Period will be eligible for the Promotion.
2. Promotion Details:
A discount of 100% will be taken at Checkout when one of the following pajamas added to the Cart. Only 1 free eye mask will be discounted per order. Eye mask must be added to cart.
Purchases not including the above items does not include gift cards, gift boxing, shipping, or taxes.
4. Discounts and Codes:
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Promotion is valid only for individual consumers and not applicable to wholesale or bulk purchases.
No adjustments on prior purchases.
No price adjustments after purchase.
5. Returns and Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges of products purchased under the Promotion are subject to Eberjey's standard return and exchange policies.
If a qualifying purchase is returned, the discount amount may be deducted from the refund.
6. Limitations:
Eberjey reserves the right to limit the quantities of products eligible for the Promotion.
Eberjey reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion at its discretion, at any time and without prior notice.
The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees are not eligible for the Promotion.
