I'm 5'8" and 170lb, normal shaped Asian man. The sleeve and pant lengths in size M are a bit long for me, but other than that, the fit is relaxed and very comfortable. The material is stretchy and doesn’t bunch up or cause any discomfort while sleeping, which I really appreciate. I’m very satisfied with it — I’d recommend it to others and would definitely buy it again.
