This order was good. But you double charged my wife Leah Wheeler for a returned item for a different size. It was a robe. She has sent you a note but the return message said you are too busy to respond. But our card was already charged double. This is not good customer service.

This hold is placed when an instant exchange is initiated to secure the replacement item while waiting for the original item to be returned.
