I bought my first pair of these Modal Shortie PJs before Christmas (gift to myself) and loved them so much I had to get another pair. They are super soft, cosy and breathable (I tend to get too warm sleeping, but have no issue with these PJs). I also appreciate that the elastic at the waist isn't too tight. I will definitely be buying more in the future.
